¿¬±¸¸ñÀû : The objective of this study is to classify the opinions for diesel car policy focused on the specialists affiliated with the government Ministries and research institutions. The Q-methodology are used to analyze the data from the survey and discover the factors which make the opinion's difference.
¿¬±¸¹æ¹ý : This study uses the Q methodology to quantitatively analyze the perception of specialists on PM policy. Q-methodology is a method to analyze the subjectivity of the human mind. Q methodology consists of four steps; 1) making Q-samples, which is composed of representative statements related to the PM policy. 2) determining P-Samples, the respondents who are composed of specialists on PM policy. 3) sorting Q-sample depending on the level of agree, and 4) analyzing the result, which is conducted through Q-sorting (KSSSS, 2014). Also, this study performed the system thinking in order to investigate the causal relationship by types.
¿¬±¸°á°ú : The variables which affect to the policy promotion are the government budget, civil participation and consideration of civil economy. In addition, type 2 only considers the economic aspect such as the depravation of civil economy(Figure1). Therefore, the consensus between types is necessary to enhance the efficiency and consistency by selecting a representative type which can encompass difference types among four types.
