이번주 토요일에 발표드릴 논문은 올해 4월에 Nature comunication에 발표된 논문이며 
제목은 "Kinesin-1 regulates antigen cross-presentation through the scission of tubulations from early endosomes in dendritic cells" 입니다.
cross-presentation 과정에 있어 DCs 내의 vesicular compartments에 포함된 항원이 이동이 중요한 것은 잘알려져 있지만 생각보다 직접적으로 이 이동에 대해 밝힌 연구결과는 많지 않습니다. 
이 논문에서는 세포내 소기관들을 microtubule을 따라 이동시키는 역할을하는 motor protein인 Kinesin-1이 항원의 degradation, endosome의 pH변화 등에도 영향을 주어 cross-presentation을 매개한 주요 인자라는 것을 밝혔습니다.
