이번 주 제가 발표할 논문은 올해 Mucosal Immunology 에 게재된 것으로,
제목은 'Regulatory T cells control the dynamic and site-specific polarization of total CD4 T cells following Salmonella infection.'입니다.

inflammation 과 mucosal homeostasis 를 조절한다고 알려진 Tregs 가 살모넬라 감염시 초기 Th17 response 와 후기 Th1 response 에 관여함으로써 단순히 CD4 T cell 을 inhibition 하는 것 뿐만아니라, T cell response 를 조절하는데 주요한 역할을 한다는 것을 밝힌 논문으로,
Salmonella infection 실험관련 T cell response, 실험컨셉 등을 공부하기 위하여 선정하였습니다.
