이번 주 제가 발표할 논문은 2017년 frontiers in immunology 에 게재된 것으로,
제목은 'Interleukin-10 Production by T and B Cells Is a Key Factor to Promote Systemic Salmonella enterica Serovar Typhimurium Infection in Mice.'입니다.
salmonella typhimurium (ST) 에 의한 systemic infection 에 immune cells 에서 생성되는 IL-10 가 어떤 영향을 미치는지 확인한 논문으로, ST 는 IL-10 가 생성되는 tolergenic immune response 상황에서 bacterial clearance 를 막을 수 있고 systemic disease를 일으킨다는 것을 knock out mice 를 이용하여 확인하였습니다.
ST 관련 실험 중, 감염시 체내 면역반응과 실험컨셉에 대해 공부하기 위하여 선정하였습니다.
