이번 주 제가 발표할 논문은 지난 1월 frontiers in cellular and infection microbiology 에 게재된 것으로,
제목은 'Dynamics and Outcome of Macrophage Interaction Between Salmonella Gallinarum, Salmonella Typhimurium, and Salmonella Dublin and Macrophages From Chicken and Cattle입니다.
avian 특이적으로 감염된다고 알려진 salmonella gallinarum 와 typhimurium, dublin serovar 에 대한 chicken, cattle macrophage 의 영향과 상호작용에 대해 확인한 논문으로, typhimurium 실험 중 host specificity, cross reactivity 와 관련하여 더 공부해보고자 선택하였습니다.
