이번 토요일 세미나에서 발표드릴 논문의 제목은 "SHP-1 regulates antigen cross-presentation and is exploited by Leishmania to evade immunity"
이며 지난해 12월에 cell report에 발표 되었습니다.
세포내 기생 세균인 Leishmanina 가 분비하는 ligand를 인식하는 Mincle (clec4e) 이라는 C-type lectic receptor와 그 하위의 inhibitory ITAM signal에 관여하는 SHP-1이
기능을 상실하였을 때, endosomal pH를 향상 시키는 방식으로 cross-presentation이 증가 되는 것을 바탕으로,
Mincle/ SHP-1 이 교차항원제시를 조절하며 동시에, Leishmanina 가 호스트의 면역시스템을 회피하는 기전으로 이용함을 밝힌 논문입니다.
