제가 이번주 발표할 논문은 2016년 Cell Death and Disease에 출판된 'PER1 prevents excessive innate immune response
during endotoxin-induced liver injury through regulation of macrophage recruitment in mice' 입니다.

Endotoxin에 의한 acute disease model에서 circadian rhythm에 관여하는 clock gene인 PER1이 D-galN/LPS administration model의 target organ인 liver에 macrophage가 migration하는 것과  관련 있다는 것을 밝힌 논문입니다.

clock gene은 light/dark condition 뿐만 아니라 diet에 의해서도 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
물론 현재까지 diet가 circadian rhythm에 영향을 준다고 보고된 연구들을 참고해보면 제 연구의 경우보다
diet 식이 기간이 길긴 하지만 그 동안에는 몰랐던 부분이라서 관심있게 찾아보게되었습니다.
