The full-time research staff—research professors—for the Center for Food & Bioconvergence (CFB), College of Agriculture & Life Sciences have set specific goals for the Fourth Industrial Revolution and strived to contribute to the development of Seoul National University as CFB becomes the world's leading university research center in Agriculture & Forestry.

 

Full-time research staff at CFB have conducted research and development in terms of Food Science, Food Chemistry & Sensory Science, Nutrient Physiology & Pharmacology, BioProcess System Engineering, and Nano Bio Inspired Technology. Through convergence education and research with IoT, big data, and AI technologies, the CFB aims to nurture talent to lead the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

 

 

The application of the Fourth Industrial Revolution Technology to the field of existing Agriculture & Forestry research to develop medicine, oriental medicine, supplement, cosmetics, diet, smart farm, etc. will be a major driver of economic and social revolution, and will be a landmark event to solve economic growth and social challenges.
